SHIPPING POLICY

- Where a Merchant who has entered into a subscription agreement with Sconto elects to provide shipping or delivery of products to consumers, the entire responsibility for arranging, managing, and fulfilling such shipping or delivery—including selection of logistics partners, timelines, costs, and risk of loss—shall rest solely with the Merchant.
- Sconto does not provide, manage, control, or facilitate any shipping or logistics services and does not maintain any shipping or delivery policies for consumers.
- To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Sconto shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, damage, loss, or dispute arising out of or in connection with the shipping or delivery of products by the Merchant.
- In the event a Merchant has not specified a shipping or delivery policy, the consumer may submit their grievance to hello@sconto.ai. Upon receipt, Sconto shall facilitate communication with the concerned Merchant and ensure that the grievance is acknowledged and reviewed within 24 working hours, without assuming any responsibility for resolution.
- The Merchant shall ensure that its shipping and delivery terms, including timelines and charges, are clearly disclosed to consumers prior to completion of any transaction.
- The Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sconto from any claims, penalties, or consumer disputes arising from shipping, delivery failures, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
- Nothing contained herein shall be construed to limit any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
